<h2>I love to <spanid="landing-subtyped"></span></h2>
<p>I am a <spanclass='accent'>third-year computer engineering</span> student at <spanclass='accent'>McGill University</span> who is interested in <spanclass='accent'>full-stack web development</span>, <spanclass='accent'>embedded electronics</span>, <spanclass='accent'>low-level programming</span> and <spanclass='accent'>journalism</span>.
<p>I am <spanclass='accent'>determined</span>. Before finding (and falling in love with) engineering at 22, I have studied physiology, mathematics and psychology. The day I received the acceptance letter from McGill was amongst the happiest I can remember. I have always been a <spanclass='accent'>tinkerer</span>, an adept of <spanclass='accent'>DIY</span> and a <spanclass='accent'>keen learner</span>. This long journey allowed me to work in cool places like an historically-rich mental hospital, various CÉGEPs and a YMCA, teaching me the value of <spanclass='accent'>hard work</span> and <spanclass='accent'>perserverance</span>. No matter the job, my motto is to do things <spanclass='accent'>well</span> or keep practicing until I can <spanclass='accent'>exceed expectations</span>.
<p>For the past year, I have been working as a <spanclass='accent'>Web editor</span> at <ahref="#">The McGill Daily</a>, one of the oldest university publications in Canada – publishing continually since 1911 and attracting around <spanclass='accent'>80,000 visitors monthly</span> online.
<p>I have also been <spanclass='accent'>tutoring</span> professionally for <spanclass='accent'>six years</span>, at first in French grammar, and then in various <spanclass='accent'>computer science and engineering topics</span> ranging from <spanclass='accent'>software/web programming</span> to <spanclass='accent'>computer organization and digital design</span>.
<p>I am always looking for new opportunities to <spanclass='accent'>learn</span> and to <spanclass='accent'>grow</span>, and one of my primary goals at the moment is acquiring <spanclass='accent'>professional experience</span> related to my interests through <spanclass='accent'>freelance contracts</span> and <spanclass='accent'>internships</span>.
