Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Currently, the service repository needs to be cloned on the machine to start a service. Because services are being moved to self-contained containers published to a registry,

shouldn't need more than access to the service definition somehow, whether it's remote (i.e. via HTTP?) or via filepath.
